Farmers Insurance Agent - Rick Guill

Raised in the Council Bluffs area, I have been a member of this community my entire life, and have worked as a Farmers agent for 12 years now.  My wife, Patti, who has also spent her entire life here, has been a Labor and Delivery nurse at Jennie Edmunson hospital for 36 years, and has helped deliver many Council Bluffs babies!  Along with my wife, I have raised three amazing sons: Bryan, Andrew and Brent.  Bryan is an Iowa State Trooper in the Des Moines area; Andrew is a CPA with a large firm in Omaha; and Brent is a Pharmacy Technician in Minneapolis, with plans to pursue a Doctorate in Pharmacy.  

My wife and I are active members of our church, St. Paul’s Lutheran.  I am not only a member, but also the president of the congregation.  To serve as president has been a blessed opportunity for me, and I enjoy the outreach programs that I am able to participate in through my role as president.

I am also a member of the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, as well as a diligent member of BNI (Business Networking International), where I head the Membership Committee.  With this duty, I help recruit new members to our organization.
